Welcome a New Day with Intention

If you’re craving peace and balance, here’s a gentle morning yoga ritual you can do from home—or even better, with us on the beach.

Step 1: Set a Calm and Relaxing Space (2 Minutes)

Find a quiet corner. Open a window. Let the morning light in. Add anything that brings comfort—a candle, a crystal, or soft background music.

Step 2: Start with Stillness (2 Minutes)

Sit comfortably. Place one hand on your chest, the other on your belly. Breathe in through your nose for 4 counts, out for 6. Let go of your to-do list. You’re here now.

Step 3: Flow Gently (5-10 Minutes)

This beginner-friendly sequence helps awaken your body and center your mind:

5 yoga practices in the morning for a fresh and peaceful day

Cat-Cow (5 rounds) – Warm up the spine.

Downward Dog (5 breaths) – Stretch the back and legs.

Low Lunge with Twist (each side) – Open hips, release tension.

Seated Forward Fold (1 minute) – Surrender and breathe.

Easy Seated Twist (each side) – Realign and ground.

Move slowly. Let your breath lead. Be kind to your body.

Step 4: Set an Intention (1 Minute)

Close your eyes. Ask yourself:
“What energy do I want to carry into today?”

It might be presence, patience, or creativity. Let that intention guide your thoughts and actions.
